InSb series Detectors
Liquid nitrogen cooling IR detectors, spectral range from 1 to 5.5μm. There are DInSb5-De(x) and DInSb5-HS two types of detectors.
◆DInSb5-De(x) is the liquid nitrogen cooling detector. x-01/ 02/ 04/ 07, there are four kinds of Active sizes for this type detector, which is suitable for the general measurement.
◆DInSb5-HS is the liquid nitrogen cooling and high speed response detector, integrated preamplifier, response time less than 25ns

●Zolix provided re-focusing chamber (gold coating on all reflective optics) for liquid nitrogen cooled dewar to meet maximum throughput from Omni output slit to the detector.
●DInSb5-De(x) series are are current output mode and must work with preamplifier, ZPA-7 or ZAMP are recommended. Also recommended to work with lock-in amplifier to achieve suitable signal to noise ratio.
●DInSb5-HS is the high speed response detector, can be used for the IR time resolved measurement, can be directly connected with Oscilloscopes.
●The liquid nitrogen dewar holding time is around 8 hours.
